RIPE LIR BGP advertise

Hi everyone we are become LIR so I need to request IPv4 and AS numbers from RIPE (RIR) we want to advertise BGP as for 2 ISP and is isp 1 will goes down we dont lost connection (failover between 2 isp). have anyone practice about RIPE or alternative and BGP for failover betwen ISPs.

failover depends on your topology (e.g. single router/dual WAN, dual router/dual WAN). The link below is a start with various sample topologies and configurations for failover.

If you become an LIR, I am pretty sure RIPE has some requirements, check with them as well.
