Router 3845 with E1 module

Dear All,

We have Router 3845 with E1 module NM-HDV2-1T1/E1.

The E1 modaule was working fine, but suddenly it's going down , so could you please explain what could be the resaon? and how we can solve that?

Please check the below output:

Slot 1:
        High Density Voice NM-HDV2-1T1/E1 Port adapter
        Port adapter is disabled
        Port adapter insertion time unknown
