Router 7204 rebooted unexpectedly

Hello,

One of our Routers 7204 rebooted unexpectedly. I try to access Output interpreter but is not working. Can someone help me to find the reason why this happened. The output from our router is the following:

Just adding more:


It is a bus error crash and seems to be software issue, the crashinfo will help to find the root cause of the issue as there can be hardware as well software issue.

Just an update IOS running on the deivce is a deferred release and it is always recommeded to upgrade to latest as they will have bug fix.

If the crashinfo is not genreated then upgrading the device might be worth as 124-15.T2 is a very old IOS and lot of changes have taken place in  the code itself.

Address Error (load or instruction fetch) exception, CPU signal 10,

I'm with Paolo and Sonal.  Please upgrade your IOS.  You could be hitting a well known bug:  CSCth20696.

If it crashed, then there should be a crashinfo file.  Please post that.
