Router C1111 install kit

In the box of a router C1111-8P we got two brackets for installing router in a rack. But in the packages of bracket in each of them there is a paper. Maybe it's stupid but my question is: for what this paper is? I could not find any information in hardware installation guide. See picture

it is just normal packing, personall we have installed some. here is the installation guide

I've asked for a paper which comes with the bracket. what is the purpose of this paper? We've already seen the HW installation guide but we didn't find anything about these papers or we've missed something.

May be some scrap as per my knowledge, nothing to do with any installation kit.
