It is possible that the router's DHCP server to deliver data to the proxy, or how it could implement something to make browsing by Proxy.

If I understand your question correctly, you are looking for a technology called WCCP. Search Cisco and you should find plenty of info.

If i understand your question correctly, do you need Cisco IOS router to act as Auth proxy?

Thanks for your answers, but here I found what I needed.

On the DHCP Pool created in the router had to be placed as follows:

ip dhcp pool Data
10.x.x.x network 255.255.255.0
default-router 10.X.X.1
dns-server 172.30.X.X 172.30.X.X
option 252 ascii http://sanproxy1.xxx.com:80/wpad.dat

This was for my case ...
