Hi,
we are planning to go over to using BGP between our ISP's for redundancy.
I need some guidance to choosing the right router for this.
1gbit/s to each ISP, full bgp table.

The smallest device I would consider suitable is from the 3900 series.
Either the 3925 or the 3945 (highest througput) and full memory on board.
This implies you need to order the additional memory together with the routers.
Alternatively, the ASR1004 may also be used. This device is shipped with full memory (4GB)
regards,
Leo

The smallest router supporting 1gb throughput is the 7200-NPE-G2. Routers like the 7600 and ASR's would work too.
Hope it helps.
