Router upgrade from 3845 to 3945--DS3 circuit will not come up

We are trying to upgrade our routers from 3845 to 3945's.  We have 2 routers with a DS3 between them; both also have other connections that come up properly.  We copied the existing configurations and placed them on the new 3945's.  Labbed them up and everything worked as expected.  Went to swap out, but for some reason the DS3 will not come up properly.  

As of right now, (see attachment) F router is swapped to the 3945 and the V router is the 3845.  When we try to swap V router, all circuits but the DS3 will come up. 

Both 3945's are running 15.2(4)M7.

Please take a look at the diagram for other details.

I've attached inventory and config for both boxes.  Keep in mind, F router is on-line right now and V router is not.

Could you please share the show log output from the device when you bring it back up. Sometimes, few error messages can be indicated in the show log output.

Also, did you perform a hard loop on the circuit and see if that comes back up. Was the controller showing any errors?

You bring up steps that we did accomplish the last time we tried bringing it up.  The logs didn't show us anything!!  (just checked them again, only interfaces going up/down.  May need to adjust logging next time we try).  We were surprised!  Same with controllers.

Working on taking the old F 3845 and connecting to the new V3900 in the lab just to see what I get now (it has worked with out a problem in the past).  Will let you know how it turns out.
