Router wan link up / down SMS / Email notification

Hi,

I would like to configure SMS / Email notification about Router wan link up/down. any one has done the setup please share the idea.

we have sms gateway, Email server, and all syslogs are saving to syslog server.

Catching on log message when link goes up/down and Email notification can easily be implemented using Cisco EEM (embedded event management) and TCL scripting.
