Routing question

Good morning to everybody,

A client of mine wants to make a site to site VPN connection ,with IPsec encrypted to the maximum with a dynamic multipoint VPN. I know about the existance of the VPN flex but we want it to be with dmvpn.

It has to give 100 bidirectional mb. It will be connected directly to internet, that is, without anything on its way.

I thought of a 2951-hsec but I don't know if it's the right one or it's not enough.

The 2951 would definitely be enough, with an IPSec throughput of about 300 Mbps. Be aware though that you need a SEC + HSEC license for that router.

Cisco recommends a 2951 for up to 75 Mbps.  Their recommendations tend to be conservative, but if you're dealing with 100 Mbps of encrypted traffic, you might want to go by Cisco's recommendations or upscale a level.

See the attachment for details on older ISR performance.
