Hi,
Assuming that you have a remote site connected to your DC with two ISP links.
If you peer to the ISPs using both EIGRP and BGP, how do you make sure that the link to ISP peering with EIGRP is preferred over the BGP link?

Hello @Michael Mutua,
you have that case where an ISP has configured EIGRP with you ?

Yes, in my set up, i peer with one ISP with eigrp and the other ISP using BGP

Hello @Michael Mutua ,
you need to increase AD of eBGP routes to a value greater then 170 ( AD of EIGRP external routes D EX) for example to 180
EIGRP internal routes have AD 90.
eBGP routes have AD 20 by default and they would be preferred over EIGRP routes
Hope to help

@Giuseppe Larosa nicely details Cisco's AD defaults for BGP and EIGRP, including, again by default, eBGP has a better AD than EIGRP.
Since we both mentioned AD adjustment, for additional consideration. . .
The reason I wrote "might adjust", without knowing more about your routing topology, cannot say whether adjusting AD is the only or best way.
I will add, adjusting AD, I've seen done to just the default route.

You might adjust AD (administrative distance).
