RV134W frequent loss of Internet connectivity

My RV134W will frequently lose internet connectivity.  It does not matter if I use a wired or wireless connection

I see the following messages in the logs every few seconds.

Alert        dhcpc: DHCPC: send discover!!!

I don’t know if this message is relevant, but it is an alert message.

The configuration has been working for several years.  I don’t have any old logs to look at to determine if those messages just started to occur.

About 60% of the time, the internet connection will start working again after 5-10 minutes without any other action being taken. Rebooting the router is required the rest of the time.

Does anyone know if the alert message indicates a problem?  And if it does what can be done to eliminate the messages.

Fyi, I am using a Site-to-Site VPN Connection with this router.

I did try connecting a CISCO RV260W to the RV134W so the 260W provided the VPN connection and was just using VPN Passthrough on the RV134W.  The VPN connection worked but I still received the alert messages on the 134W.

Note I have to use the RV134W because I have a DSL Connection to my ISP.
