RW215 can not remote window in amazon cloud

I use ASA firepower can remote window in amazon cloud with Cisco linksys WiFi router

then i change to use new bought RW215

i add port 3389 in service management

my mobile phone and notebook can surf internet 

but can not remote Mstsc.exe window in amazon cloud. Why ?

temporarily disable the firewall (Firewall --> Basic Settings, page 85 of the attached guide) to find out first if the firewall on the RV215 is blocking access.

I disable firewall

but still can not remote window 

i had changed to DHCP in window 

( because I had experience had two static ip addresses if not change to dhcp first)

and then change to static ip 192.168.2.150

And can surf with edge browse

but then I check again WiFi setting

the window show 192.168.1.12

is it my window WiFi been hacked in the past?

which IP addresses did you get from the Linksys, and which do you get now from the RV215 ? I am just asking because I wonder if the ASA blocks the RDP. Can you post the configuration of the ASA ?

Linksys use 192.168.1.0 network

can use remote window with firepower

i use linksys after RW215W failed

RW215W use vlan 100 

192.168.2.0 network

but after configured static ip in window and confirmed that I can surf internet such as google a keyword test 3

then I check WiFi config in window 

it show 192.168.1.12

gateway 192.168.2.1

do not know why it change itself 

but i remember only over or equal 100 can access but it use 12 less than 100

it can surf internet , just can not remote window

The gateway and the IP address look odd, as they don't seem to be on the same subnet...

Either way, try to disable the DHCP server on the RV215 (page 38 of the attached guide), and then set the IP address and gateway on your client manually...

i discover missing to allow 192.168.1.0 network to use RDP 3389 to destination ip 

but after added, still can not connect

mobile and notebook can surf internet

but still can not Remote Desktop to amazon cloud 

initially i only use 8.8.8.8 failed to connect amazon console 

then i add 8.8.4.4 then second try again the n can connect amazon console and surf internet with iPhone 

iPhone must need to use 8.8.4.4

but notebook still can not Remote Desktop
