I have used Cisco Router and Security Device Manager many times before. Now I am unable to get it to come up on the screen. I have tried different computer and Firefox and IE. I have enabled popups, added to trusted site check allow active content to run in files on my computer from the IE options, advanced screen. Still will not go past the page that tells me it will open in another window. Do not close this window until you exit SDM.
