Selective Logging of syslogg messages

Hi,

I have a interim 3845 router which is doing NAT for internet users. It is also acting as a voice gateway.

And the logg is so dynamic due to these translation entries, that i cannot view any debug outputs when i am doing any troubleshooting

I want to keep nat logging enabled for maintianing usage details. All syslog messages are send to a unix server.

Is it possible to filter out the nat translations loggs and send them to a second syslog server.

All your suggestions are welcome

Hi Sanju,

Following command can be used to send natting logs to syslog server. The logging of NAT translations can be enabled and disabled by way of the syslog command. NAT translations can be logged when you use the ip nat log translations syslog command.

Hope that helps out your query!!
