Serial interface reset

i have two 2621xm routers and each have wic-2A/S module connected back-to-back and only one interface serial0/0 can connect, but interface serial 0/1 always make reset...

You need to use a DTE cable and set up clocking if connecting the routers via Serial back to back.

i have used the correct cables, as i have said that one of the serial connection (serial 0/0) can connect but the other cannot Serial 0/1, i have but also a clocking rate at the DCE router..

i dont know why serial 0/0 only can connect but serial 0/1 cannot..
