We have aquired 4 routers and two wan links there are service-policy's applied to the outside interface's but not the inside interface's. These routers provide inter office voip services. Should the policy maps be applied to both interfaces ??
The service-policy must be applied on the outside interfaces (WAN interfaces), unless doing classification and marking on the input traffic from your LAN.
