SFP+ and QSFP

Hi,

We have a switch-1 has SFP+ ports and another the switch-2 has QSFPs.

We need to uplink switch-1 to switch-2. 

Do we need to just buy SFP+ for one side and QSFPs for the other side of a cable?

Both ends must use the same speed and the same wavelengths (SM to SM or OM to OM).
