SFTP and TFTP Errors

Any thoughts or request for info? I found a link with a error code table but it doesn't seem to align with the error code I am getting.

what devices is this ? what TFTP Server is this ?

are you able to ping from device to TFTP before you transfer file.

also worth try if you have different source interface going different routes :

ip tftp source-interface x/x

get tiny TFTP and test it
