Has anyone worked on this protocol? I am having a scenario where i have Channelized E1 links. 5 of them between Rtr1 and Rtr2 and another 5 between Rtr3 and Rtr4. Now I am going to use multigroup configuration to bind these channelized E1 links. But is there a way to bind the Rtr 1 and rtr3 links to gether? Multichassis? i have a powerful routers 7200 series but I was confused going through the document describing SGBP

Rtr1------Rtr2

Rtr3------Rtr4

I have done just a little with multi chassis multilink. Stack Group Bidding Protocol (SGBP) does allow you to group together the links from Rtr1 and Rtr3 (and Rtr2 and Rtr4).

Thanks a lot for your reply Rick, any sample configuration that you might suggest for this scenario?
