sh controller t1 0/0/0 question

ridiculously simple question but I cant find the answer

When you do an sh controller t1 <interface> to show error counts for a T1, how do you determine what time errors in the non-current data interval occurred?

Is data interval 1 15 minutes prior to the current interval - then interval 2 30 minutes, 45 min, etc.

Or the last interval closest to the current interval?

Or is it rolling and neither first or last? In that case how do you determine when, say, interval 10 occurred?

thx

Yes. That is the way I have always done it.

To verify, if you have errors, they should move down to the next interval when a new 15 minute period begins.

Any ideas anyone? I am trying to identify when interval 30 occurred, knowing that 'current interval' occurred at 20:30

Would it be around 1300 (30 intervals/(4 int per hr) = 7hr 30 min)?

thx

Thanks C,

That seemed logical, but logical isn't always life!

k

Totally agree.

Thanks for the rating.
