Hi,
The show ip bgp details command is used to display the contents of the BGP routing table in detail.
Local 0.0.0.0 from 0.0.0.0 (10.10.10.10)
1st 0.0.0.0 means a default route is injected and 2nd 0.0.0.0 means next hope. Self-injected route's next hope will show as 0.0.0.0
he address within parenthesis... (Router ID)?
Yes, correct.

Hello
It seems to suggest you have a bgp network statement of 0.0.0.0 which is related to a static default route on your router.
If you remove the static default then that network statement will be of no use.
As for the address within parenthesis... Yes your are correct it is the router id of the advertising router which can be manually set ( bgp router id) or its take from the highest active loopback or ipv4 interface
