Show controller in 7606

Hello

I have installed v.35 card (PA-8T-V35) with octal cable. The problem is this that i cannot see 'show controller' information for serial ports. 'show contrller' support only this:

Router#show controllers ?

E1 E1 controller internal state

T1 T1 controller internal state

XTagATM Extended Tag ATM interface

cwan Show Catalyst WAN card related information

pos POS framer state

srp SRP controller information

| Output modifiers

To the best of my knowledge, I does not heard about your peoblem, I think it seems to be a hardware issue. It may be on serila ports that may not seat properly or the hardware may not work properly.

Try by restart the router, it sometime may work.

Is your router seeing the hardware?

You should see it listed if you do a show version.

First, do a "show diag".. you should see something like this:

What do you get with a "show controllers cwan"?
