There is my simple network on the picture. I've also attached some show and debug commands.
Line protocol down at the DTE end, and line protocol up at the DCE end. LMI types agree with each other. Debug frame-relay lmi at the DCE end gives following lines:
Serial0/2: Invalid LMI type 3
Serial0/2: Invalid LMI type 2
Serial0/2: Unexpected IE ID 0x0
I can't find the meaning of these lines.
What can be wrong?

Please post the output from typing show frame pvc from the 'M' router.
Do you have any other router connected in the other serial interfaces from the FR Switch?

You don't need a clock rate at both ends of the circuit.
The DCE side provides the clocking. Let's determine which router is connected to the DCE end of the cable (I'm assuming you are using a Lab with back-to-back serial cables, right?).
On the Frame Relay switch and on the 'M' router type:
show controller serial 2/0 | i DTE|DCE
and
show controller serial 0/0 | i DTE|DCE
respectively, then post the output.

I reloaded all routers and they started to work normally.
On router M I see 'DCE' in the output of the command 'show controllers' and 'DTE' in the output of the command 'show frame-relay pvc'. But all that I need are working correctly now.
Thank you for your assistance.
