Hi,
We want to use STM4 on our 7603s router which has RSP720-10GE as mainboard.
What kind of SIP and SPA should I buy?

I see three STM-4 / OC-12 SPAs (ATM, POS and channelized POS), so I guess the choice depends on what you'll be using it for. All three require SIP-400.

I don't know the exact difference between POS and channelized POS.
We want to use it as our company's uplink with an ISP.
Right now we have a STM1 POS link with them and we want to increase our bandwidth.
I think it should be POS not channelized POS but I’m not sure. The word channelized here reminds me of VOIP and things like that.

Well, I've never worked with channelized POS interfaces, but I'm guessing it's the same idea as with the old framed E1/T1 controllers, of which you could use only part of the capacity (any number of time-slots); and, just as you had, for example, "interface serial 0/0:1" to designate such "sub-capacity", you would have "interface pos 1/0:1" here.
Basically this type of POS would allow for "intermediary" capacities between STM1 (~155Mbps) and STM4 (~622Mbps) (and up to STM1, of course) - I guess this is not your case, so your choice would be the unchannelized SPA (SPA-1XOC12-POS).
_But_, digging a little further I found that SPA-1XOC12-POS is end-of-sale, its recommended replacement being SPA-2XOC12-POS (which is not mentioned in the link I posted earlier):

The two-port SPA is, however, mentioned in another chapter of the same document, where it is said that support for it on the 7600 platform with SIP-400 was introduced in IOS 15.2(4)S:
So, as I see it, if you need very long-term support for your SPA you'd have to go for SPA-2XOC12-POS and at least IOS 15.2(4)S; otherwise SPA-1XOC12-POS (supported since IOS 12.2(18)SXE) should be fine.

As you said we should have IOS 15.2(4)S to be able to use SPA-2XOC12-POS but my IOS version is 15.2(2)S1.
Is it possible for us to use SPA-2XOC12-POS with this IOS or we should change it?
And two more questions, is there just one kind of SIP-400? and is it possible to use SIP-400 on both 7603 and 7603S chassis?

There's only one kind of SIP-400, I'm not sure what would happen if you try to run a piece of hardware under unsupported IOS, and I can find no evidence of the SIPs not being supported in the 7603 (non-S) chassis.
Also, I'd go for IOS 15.2(4)S4, but that's just a personal thought - opinions of more experienced people are welcome just about now ...
