Site-to-Site VPN with Unequal load-sharing with static routes

Hi Guys,

We are planning to deploy ASA 5525 and enable  unequal load-sharing with static routes(1:1). We have two different ISP Provider (30Mbps and 45Mbps lease line). Also, we want to enable Site-to-Site VPN with our other branch. So will this unequal load-sharing with static routes creates any issue configuring site-to-site VPN. My main concern is that for both the two ISP line the local ip are in the same range. So will it create any problem?

Scenario: 1 ISP: 10.4.1.1

               2 ISP: 11.0.0.1

Local ip 192.168.1.1 (DHCP enable 102.168.2.1 - 192.168.5.250)

unequal load sharing with static routes.... I think it's not possible or maybe you want unequal cost load sharing, that is possible with eigrp but at the end CEF table will decide when to use one route over the other.
