I want to start using smart licensing instead of traditional licensing. how can I start that?

I read that document, but I cant find how I should use the smart accounts.

 should I create the new one account? is it different?

and what is the steps of registering the devices with the smart licensing

Yes you need to register and manage  your product for your business.

Cisco Account team can help you to set up Cisco SSM account on your behalf (if does not exists already) which will be located at software.cisco.com and all your purchased licenses will appear in that account. Tokens are used to register a software license to a given device.

Once you have Cisco SSM account setup and the Default/Virtual Account shows the licenses then you can work with TAC to register the licenses.
