does the SNT-SMARTnet 8x5xNBD (8X5XNBD) ,allows me to open TAC Case for configuration and Design ? i have an ISP Project

Configuration questions, should be no problem. Design, not so much. Thats usually aprofessional services engagement

Smartnet is essentially break/fix/upgrade and very specific tech issues.

There is a forum for design questions under the infrastructure heading (above) You could pose your issues there & see what comes out of it, it does have the advantage of being free.
