Hi
in a 7613 router with two RSP720-3CXL-GE , one of SPA cards on 7600-SIP-400 remains in "outsrvc" state after booting
IOS version is 12.2.33-SRE3 and output of "show module" command is attached
please help me what is this problem and how it can be removed
