Ok thank you very much.  I will check

Unfortunately , the problem persists when I capture icmp packet in interface that I ping , I find that address hasn't been translated

Is there other suggestion to resolve this problem?

there are many types of NAT and these type can work simultaneous AND some not work
NAT 1:1 using One IP outside interface can not work with dynamic NAT using same interface <<- this I think your case
PAT 1:1 using port NATing to one IP outside interface can work with dynamic NAT using same interface

solution I think
ip nat inside source static icmp <ip><ip>
ip nat inside source list 1 interface <x> overload

Should I remove dynamic NAT configs?

Hello
If your static nat is not working, did you ammed the NAT ACL ( as I suggested) to deny that host from being dynamically translated?

Me when I use static NAT I remove all configurations that are related with dynamic NAT.
