Hi,Yes, it is possible to use

Hi,

Yes, it is possible to use load balancing with static routes. In fact, it does not depend on the type of routes, whether they are static or learned from a dynamic routing protocol, as the load balancing is a function of using the routing table, not populating it.

You would simply configure multiple static routes to the same destination with different next hop addresses or different egress interfaces (applicable only if the interface is a point-to-point technology like PPP, HDLC, simple GRE tunnel, etc.). As a result, the routing table will contain multiple paths to the same destination, and the router will perform load balancing automatically.

Best regards,
Peter
