Supervisor Engine 720 -3B Showing Unknown

Hi,

This is the new problem i faced in Supervisor Engine 720 -3B. All my sites were trasmitting well but last day my redundant  Supervisor Engine 720 was showing as unknown when i check show module .I tried to recover it by console and checked the IOS image, it was fine and booted then it comes up.But when we tried to reboot it goes again into ROMMON. I checked all the parameters for resolving the same. I have show tech for same,will attach the same. As the same problem is for all my 7 sites now,what could be the reason for same ?

Your Show Tech, doesnt show any unknown state of the supervisor, second you must show the errors which backup supervisor shows when it crashes after loading IOS, if it shows some fabric error type of error then you will have to apply for RMA from CISCO.

just try to swap the flash disk from active to backup and then reboot and see if it works.
