can somebody help me 

i tired searching for the differences between switch 2960G and 2960S..

2960S = The "S" means STACK. 

2960G = The "G" means GigabitEthernet ports (all of them) and CANNOT be stacked.

That's the major difference, but there might be others.  You can compare their datasheets.  Other possible differences might be in 10g port support and/or PoE wattage, etc.  There might be some subtle internal differences too.  The 2960S series is a later variant.  The 2960G might also be end-of-life or end-of-sale too.
