Switch c3650cx 8 ps was formated

Hi there good afternoon I have issue with a switch, this one was formated, I think that, becuase in mode Rommon this switch dont show us any File IOS, somebody has the stepps for resolve this issue??

3560CX has a USB Type A port on the front panel.  This ports is used to transfer small amounts of data to-and-from the switch. 

Put the IOS BIN file into a USB flashdrive and then use the command to force the switch to boot the IOS:  boot usbflash0:filename.bin
