Hello

i Have  switch ME 3800 , ASR 901 and ASR903 and i want enable the two commands :

xml agent tty

netconf agent tty

but i can't ...how i can enable and configure the two commands in these devices ME 3800 , ASR 901 and ASR903 

how i can enable  the two commands in ASR 900 :

xml agent tty

netconf agent tty

i try  to put but i can't
