How to get the details of the switch port that has been used in a particular switch ?
i.e the exact time and date when that switch port is last used.

Hi,
To know what are all the port status in switch type command show ip int brief which will tell you the current status of the ports which are connected or down.
and to know the detail of the port just checj show int gi0/1 the following output can tell you the time of frame it has countered.

If you want a proper detail then you should have snmp server with snmp configuration in switches so that proper details of the up/down status of the switch ports will be know.
