Looks liek bug for me and cisco had fixed the version you mentioned as per the document, suggest to contact TAC, if any service outage.

Hi,
I have been receiving the same errors. Did you find a solution to this?
Thanks,

Do you have smartnet contract to raise an TAC case ?

I do and I will raise a case but wanted to check if the original poster managed to resolve this issue or if its cosmetic and not actually service impacting.
We are running IOS-XE 16.9.3s which is Cisco's recommended release for SD-Access (specially built code version I believe) which is working well except for this error so hoping there is no need to upgrade.
