Set up a T.37 fax, store and forward. It works, faxes go to correct Emails, but client is now saying the faxes are filling up their "outlook temp folder". So a fax comes in, it's labled "fax" and saved in outlook temp folder. Next fax comes in, it's labled "fax (2)" and saved in temp folder, this process goes on untill "fax (99)" arrives at which point the temp folder is full and the client can no longer receive faxes. Is there anyway to label the faxes that come in something different as it enters the Outlook temp folder? Or is my config wrong?
The client is using windows 7, outlook 2010.
the config is:
dial-peer voice 305 pots
service onramp
incoming called-number 2867
direct-inward-dial
port 0/0/0:23
!
dial-peer voice 306 mmoip
service fax_on_vfc_onramp_app out-bound
max-conn 6
destination-pattern 2867
information-type fax
session target mailto:fax.general@company.com
image encoding MH
image resolution super-fine
dsn failure

Seems like an issue with the application, not the router.

Thank you, that does seem to be the problem. For anyone who is interested, I just set up a script to run a program that clears the outlook temp folder.
The program is called "outlooktempcleaner".
