T1 Issues

We have set up 2 routers to test each end of a T1 circuit. We tested these routers succesfully on a T1 circuit, but when we switched them to a newly-provisioned T1, we were no longer able to ping. We receive "TTL expired in transit" messages. The new circuit appears to loop up properly (good DS1, ESF, and B8ZS indicators on both ends), and the routers' configurations are exactly the same as they were on the "good" T1. On one hand, I know "expired in transit" is indicative of a router loop. On the other hand, I cannot figure out why the router configurations are not changing, and the only thing changing is which T1 circuit is being tested. Is there something I can/should try before I bother the telco?

Thanks!

Troy

When you say that the routers are setup at each end of the T1 circuit, then there is no possibility of a loop.

It will be a point to point circuit.
