Throughput of a Router

We have limited the throughput of router using below command.

platform hardware throughput limit 

Is there any way to check how much it is getting utilized against the limit set with the router

What is the exact model of the router & what is the WAN bandwidth?

Its actually CSR1000v Virtual Router. And we have a 1G interface for External connectivity and bandwidth command is not set in that interface as such for now.

I believe " show platform hardware throughput level " should help .
