Throughput/performance for cisco router ISR 4451-x

Hi guys,

I got a Quick and simple question on performance/throughput for an isr4451-x. The official support page of this product (Cisco 4451-X Integrated Services Router - Cisco), says the performance is 1Gbps, upgradable up to 2Gbps. If we consider the standard performance of 1Gbps, does it mean it supports 1Gbps inbound and 1Gbps outbound at the same time? Or would it be 500Mbps in, 500Mbps out ? Thanks!

Hello Marce1000,

I tried to check the link shared above but it is redirecting to a different page

Please I need quick question I have a Cisco 4451 with booster license installed so as per Cisco the aggregated throughput on it would be 2Gbps and 4 Gbps for the onboard interfaces so if I have 6 IR connections on this router each one of them 500 Mbps it would 3 Gbps aggregated throughput ? When aggregate throughput is 2 Gbps means on all interfaces combined it can handle 2 Gpbs ?

Thank you,
