Scenario, ASA has one IP assigned to a network for PAT, customer wants to limit the amount of bandwidth users can use on the router.
So create ACL extended, host IP to any
Create Class-map
match access-group for ACL
Create Policy-map
class Class-Map
shape average percent 25
Apply to outgoing WAN connection.
Will this work provided the outgoing interface bandwidth setting is equal to the actual WAN speed for that single IP and allow all the rest of the IP's full bandwidth?

There is a default traffic class on the router. Create a policy map and call the class-default. Then apply the shaping policy to that class and then apply that policy map to the interface using the service policy command.

How do I single out the one IP from the /26 to apply the shaping to just that address, and not shape all the rest?
