Two-Rate Policer with DSCP

Hello,

I have read today about two-rate policer and would like to know the difference between the following to configurations:

policy-map test-map1

class test1

   police cir 6000000 bc 1125000 pir 12000000 be 2250000

     conform-action transmit

     exceed-action set-dscp-transmit af13

     violate-action drop

and

policy-map test-map2

class test2

   police cir 6000000 bc 1125000 pir 12000000 be 2250000

     conform-action set-dscp-transmit af41

     exceed-action set-dscp-transmit af13

     violate-action drop

Posting

Test1 will pass conforming traffic with its existing marking.  Test2 will remark all conforming traffic with af41.
