two routers in same subnet

hi we have two routers and they have controller modules.

there are two sites and and the equipments on both sides have to be in same subnet suppose 172.x.x.x

anybody has worked with such a scenerio.

if u people have any idea then pls post.

this is the diagram u will find in attachment.

the bridges are actually routers with controllers module.and we just want the routers to act as bidges.

also m giving you the ip addressing.
