Dear support guys,
Can we advertise only the two summarize routes 10.8.0.0/16 and 10.4.0.0/16 on our CISCO routers which are connected to our collabarative network?

Hi,
It is important to know where you are summarizing the routes in the Network and in which routing protocol you are running ??

We are running OSPF routing protocol and we want to configure this on our perimeter devices which are connected to our collabarative network.

Yes it is possible, provided you are aware of the collaborative network address space.
I mean to say , there are no discontigeous subnets/address space.

You must also do this on an ABR when summarizing between areas.
You can use the area range command to summarize between areas
Use the summary-address command if you are summarizing outside OSPF or within a different process
