Hello everyone,
I have a UC 500 series router and today it restarted on its own and i received following after doing show version:
System returned to ROM by error - a Software forced crash, PC 0x8019A63C at 14:0 5:50 UTC Tue Feb 14 2012
System restarted at 14:06:45 UTC Tue Feb 14 2012
System image file is "flash:uc500-advipservicesk9-mz.124-20.T2"
What could be the possible reason for this error "a Software forced crash, PC 0x8019A63C"?
Also, sometimes the phone lines get busy on its own.
When somebody calls, that person receives busy signal and hangs up but an outgoing call can be made.
The log is also received on syslog server.
I dont know if these two issues are related to each other or not.
I am really confused what to do.
I would really appreciate if somebody could help me!!!!

Do you have a smartnet contract with Cisco?
In all probability you will need to upgrade your operating system.

In addition to the good advice by vmiller.
This is the wrong forum, use "small business - UC500".
