unknown subscriber traffic on SCA BB Reporter

I have setup ISG + Broadhop and SCE for service control in our environment. The SCA BB reporter shows a huge amount of traffic under the package "Unknown subscriber traffic". Can somebody tell me how to find the source of this traffic?

I have same setup with ISG, Broadhope and SCE. Whenever i am trying to generate report from SCA BB with Mysql database template in preference is showing blank and not fetching SCE IP. Can you please help me to resolve the issue.
