Upgrade NAM-2

Dear's

I wanna upgrade NAM-2 from 4.0 to latest 5.0 OR 5.1, I  m refering the below link:

Is there any configuration example link for upgrading to 4.0 to 5.0 apart from the below link

Can anybody help me with more successful tips for upgrading NAM, can anybody route me to the release notes for software 5.1 OR 5.0
