using bandwith xxx and ssr-queue bandwith limit xxx together on the same interface

Hi!
We have the following configurations on some of our WAN interfaces and I'm not shure if it works, what i think it should work:

On fastethernet 0/1 we have a WAN link with 6.7MBit/s. On this interface, I'm not shure if the command "speed auto 10" works with the command "ssr-queue bandwith limit 67". I think the speed meeds to be fixed while using the command "ssr-queue bandwith limit 67"

On both interfaces: does "ssr-queue bandwith limit xx" use the physical speed of the interface or the speed setwith the "bandwitdh xxx" command. With interface fa0/2 this would be 45% of 45000kBit/s = 20250kBit/s.

My understanding is the bandwidth-limit uses the physical "speed" the interface is currently running at.
