We have a single point to point T1 going from head-end to a remote office.
Voice traffic goes over this connection.
Occasionally, users report voice issues. When checking NetFlow and SNMP logs, though, utilization is averaging 15-20%. When a call hits their main line, it rings 30+ phones, and we think this may actually be spiking the T1 and pegging it for a brief moment.
Is there any way to verify if the T1 ever hit max utilization? Should I be looking for dropped traffic? What's the best way to identify whether or not this is happening?

Hi,
when the calls are high , check show interface for the T1 and see the drops.
Like output drops , overruns and check how much traffic is hitting the interface .
when the call are high , do the following to analyze traffic:
1. Clear the counters by command "clear counter"
2.Change the load interval to 30 by command "load-interval 30"
3. Capture Show interfaces and show controllers for the interface(5 times in interval of 5 minutes) , when the
calls are high
