Voice port shows EM_PARK

Dear all,

DSP has been verified running fine, however one of the voice port still shows EM_PARK, any idea where is the port?

Hi Trina,

It states that possibilities are:

The digital signal processor (DSP) is bad and has either hardware or software issues.

or

The PSTN switch/PBX sends a continuous offhook signal to the router and does not release it.
